Justus Brücher

Hi, I'm Justus. For the last three years I've been studying business in a dual study program with KfW, one of the largest German banks. After finishing my bachelor's, I'm more than excited to finally take a deep dive into entrepreneurship. From July on, I'm jumping into startups.

On the side, a friend and I started the Berlin Consulting Association e. V. The honest reason is that too many students around us were going through university on autopilot, and we wanted to build something that mattered, both for us and for the early stage founders we sit with. It began as two people. It is now a team of 35+, with 15+ projects shipped. BCA is what actually pushed me into entrepreneurship.

My time at KfW pulled me across a lot of the bank. I worked on financial modeling, public relations, and credit and grant processing. Those three years gave me a deep understanding of banking and a genuine interest in finance. Across that time, my interest in entrepreneurship only sparked more.

Outside of all that, I run, bike, and lift, ambitiously.

What I keep coming back to is entrepreneurship, and the people who build something out of almost nothing. If any of that sits close to what you're doing, I'd genuinely like to hear from you.
